A grounding connection helps you to feel more present, and helps you to feel more anchored within your body.

This in turn can help you feel more calm, and can help provide more clarity with your thoughts.

Accompanied by soothing background music, this meditation combines visualisation with mindfulness, and guides you through some techniques for tuning into your grounding connection.

This calming meditation is best done is a seated position.
